There is no support ticket system and no chat widget. One inbox, read by whoever built the thing you are asking about.

Replies usually arrive within two working days. Bugs in a worked solution get priority, because a wrong answer left standing is worse than no answer at all.
What to include in a bug report
The exact expression you entered, what you expected, and what you got. A screenshot helps but is not required — the expression alone is usually enough to reproduce it, since everything runs locally in the browser.
School and course licences
The calculator is free for anyone to use, including in classrooms. A licence only matters if you want the embed without the attribution link, or a version customised for your institution's materials.
Hire the team that built this
This site is the portfolio: a full calculator, a step solver, SSR on Cloudflare, and SEO that was built in rather than bolted on. If you need the same kind of thing — an interactive tool, a calculator or solver embedded in your product, a slow site made fast — that is work we take on.
Write to the address above with one paragraph describing what you are trying to build. You will get a straight answer on whether we are the right fit, what it would take, and what it would cost — no discovery call required to hear the word "no".
Say roughly how many students and what you need, and you will get a straight answer rather than a quote form.
Embedding help
The embedding page has ready-made snippets for the full, compact, polar and parametric layouts. If none of them fit what you are building, describe the context and the dimensions you have to work with.
Press and partnerships
Happy to talk about how the tool is built or why step-by-step working changes how students check their own work. Not interested in link exchanges, guest posts, or anything that involves selling reader data — there is none to sell.
Trademark questions
This site is an independent, third-party tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Texas Instruments. If you are from Texas Instruments and have a concern about the use of a trademark, the disclaimer page sets out how the marks are used. Write to the address above and it will be handled directly.
Free Updates
Get the new tools before the feed does
One email when a genuinely new calculator, solver mode or tutorial ships — roughly one a month. No tracking pixels, no resale, one-click unsubscribe. Unsubscribing is as easy as signing up, which is the only honest way to run a list.
